Dr. Sydney Brediger earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Washington and is proud to continue her training as a UW AEGD resident at Kaiser Permanente in Vancouver, Washington. With a background as a registered dental hygienist, she brings a strong foundation in patient-centered care and a commitment to providing thoughtful, comprehensive treatment. Her professional interests include advanced restorative and esthetic dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery, with a focus on expanding the range and complexity of care she can provide. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Brediger enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and adventuring with her Maltipoo, Rosie.

Hailing from Issaquah, WA, Dr. Nathan Dahm earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees with Honors in Dentistry at the University of Washington. He brings 14 years of healthcare experience and is working on a Master of Public Health in Health Systems and Population Health in conjunction with his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency training. His professional interests include system-level advancements in healthcare and evidence-based restoration and reconstruction. Outside of healthcare, Nathan is passionate about environmental sustainability, history, and architecture. He enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping, and wildlife observation, as well as sharing moments with family and friends.
As part of the inaugural cohort of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Washington, Nathan seeks to expand his clinical skillset focusing on advanced restorative techniques and multidisciplinary cases involving treatments in endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics for partial or full-mouth reconstructions—all of which the Advanced Education in General Dentistry provides. Further, the program emphasizes comprehensive medical-dental management to optimize long-term treatment and management that is idealized to each patient, restoring ideal function, achieving each patient’s ideal state of wellness, and engaging in preventative strategies to maintain wellness long-term.

Dr. Edgar Gomez was raised in Washington and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He is excited to continue his training at the University of Washington AEGD program, where he hopes to further develop his clinical skills while providing compassionate, comprehensive care to diverse patient populations. His professional interests include restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and community outreach. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Gomez enjoys playing soccer, strength training, caring for houseplants, and collecting Pokémon cards and vinyl records.
