Dental students, working toward their DDS degree, care for patients under supervision by experienced, licensed faculty dentists. Our students deliver a wide range of preventive and restorative care, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, bleaching, mouth guards, cosmetic treatments, repairing chipped or fractured teeth, root canals, crowns, implants, complete and partial dentures and more.
Our mission is to provide you with the best oral health care possible while providing excellent training to our dental students. We know this commitment comes with longer treatment times and more appointments. Thank you for the vital role you play in the education of these future dentists. We couldn’t do it without you.
Please choose from the following options:
Schedule a new patient appointment. Call 206-616-6996 to make an appointment. Our hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Your first stop will be room B-307 (See our location page for directions), the School of Dentistry Patient Registration/Information Office. You will need the following information in order to register:
- Photo ID
- Any dental and medical insurance information
- Washington state Apple Health Provider One card, if applicable
- X-rays taken within the past 12 months
- Name of guardian and/or power of attorney (for children, if applicable)
- If you do not speak English and need the services of an interpreter, please notify our staff when scheduling your appointment, to complete registration.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled dental treatment appointment.
It is particularly important that you keep your appointments as scheduled because students need to deliver patient care to graduate. To cancel or reschedule, please call 206-616-6996. Please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy for information about clinic closure due to weather.
Fees are substantially lower than those in private practice. However, treatment requires significantly more time than at a private dental office, due to faculty oversight.
Payment for treatment is due at the time of your appointment. We do not offer payment programs or a “sliding fee scale.” However, we do offer the Care Credit Card as a payment option. The Care Credit Card offers no-interest payment plans, low monthly payments and an easy application process that allows for treatment to begin immediately upon credit approval.
Please visit our Fees and Insurance page for more information.
If you need to make a follow-up appointment, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please call 206-616-6996 option 1.
