If you would like to request to work with a specific faculty member, please review the Faculty Areas of Research page, determine the person you are interested in working with and then complete a School of Dentistry Volunteer Request Form. Your information will be shared with the requested faculty member and if they are interested, they will reach out to discuss opportunities.
Please do not use this form to request non-research related opportunities in other clinics unless you are applying to a specific job listing on the volunteer opportunities webpage.
