DDS/DMD – Normandy Park (Burien), WA

Looking for an associate for my private practice in Normandy Park. Pay is $200,000 to $500,000 per year. The office has a rare 5-star Google rating and takes mostly Delta Dental or Fee For Service patients. Both new dentists and seasoned dentists are welcome to apply. The two previous dentists, Dr. Dan and Katie Travelle are absolutely adored by the patients and the new dentist must share the qualities of compassionate care, quality dentistry, and fostering a very productive schedule. I love mentoring and am looking for the right long-term fit. Quality-focused patient care is paramount. The office has been serving the community for over 30 years, does zero marketing, and is booked out 6 months for hygiene and 1 month for restorative treatment. We have dropped many insurances over the last few years and the schedule is still “bursting at the seams”. The main quality I’m looking for is a dentist who’s very motivated. The team is comprised of nine hardworking A+++ rockstars and they are eager to support the right dentist who comes onboard.
