The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the oral health needs of seniors, addressing challenges such as saliva reduction and medication-related dental issues with empathy and expertise. This role involves routine maintenance, discovery and guiding our patients through the evolving landscape of modern dentistry, offering alternatives that many find refreshingly aligned with their preferences and needs. – A competitive base salary of $800 per day, calculated monthly, with a guaranteed minimum for stability. – Rewarding engagement in high-quality care, offering the greater of base salary or 30% of production.
