Dental Radiology Service

The Dental Radiology Service at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle provides production and interpretation of radiographic images.

Dental radiology is the specialty of dentistry and discipline of radiology concerned with the production and interpretation of radiographic images, including CT and MRI scans that are used for the diagnosis and management of diseases, disorders and conditions of the mouth, face and jaws.

Dental Radiology Referrals

The School of Dentistry, Dental Radiology Service, is provided by UW Faculty who are also ABOMR Board-certified specialists. These Faculty work in conjunction with the Residents in the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology residency program to provide radiographic interpretation services to external providers*.

Payment for the Dental Radiology Service is the sole responsibility of the referring provider and is billed at the end of the calendar month.
