Christopher S. Riolo, DDS, MS, PhD
Affiliate Assistant Professor, Department of Orthodontics
Dr. Riolo obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan. He has a Specialty Certificate and a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from University of Detroit Mercy. Upon completion of his specialty training Dr. Riolo decided to continue his education at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health, where he received a PhD in Epidemiology. Dr. Riolo is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and maintains a private practice in Seattle.
His research interests include issues related to access to care and custom orthodontic appliances.
