Well established 2 doctor practice in Olympia looking to add an associate dentist, with partnership opportunity for the right candidate. Our modern 8 operatory practice is fully digital and continues to grow after 30+ years in the Capital City. We have digital scanners, electric handpieces, digital x-rays & CBCT, and we work with local high-quality laboratories. Our experienced dentists will offer mentorship and support, as well as a connection to the local dental community. We have a dedicated, long-term staff that are well supported with their salaries, retirement plan and a mutually respectful office culture. We practice a patient first philosophy and strive to deliver excellent, comprehensive health care for the entire person and not just a tooth. In addition to general dentistry, we have a strong Invisalign and surgical/implant component to our practice, as well as multiple hygienists practicing traditional hygiene as well as perio and restorative hygiene. We have close multidisciplinary relationships with all dental specialties in the area. All of our chairside assistants are EFDA certified.
