This private practice, general dentist office is owned by a previous ULSD grad! We currently have 1 doctor (owner), 4 hygienists, 4 EFDA’s, 1 restorative/ortho assistant, a sterile tech, as well as 2 front office staff. With an average of 30 new patients per month, there are more than enough patients to support an associate at 3-4 days per week. In Oregon, the average fee schedule is nearly double for most procedures completed, vs in Kentucky, yielding a higher income for dentists paid on production (ex. Crown: in KY- $700, in OR-$1300). We offer a generous relocation/sign on bonus of $5,000, health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, 401k and 401k matching, and paid holidays. Pay is based on production at 32% with a guaranteed daily minimum of $750.00. We preform many procedures including, endo, restorative/fillings, EXT’s, crown/bridge, implants, clear aligner orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontal treatment, and N2O/oral sedation.
