Here is what you need: -Graduation form an accredited dental school with DDS or DMD degree. -Current State of Alaska dental license is required -NPI number and DEA registration is required -Must have and maintain current BLS certification -Meet minimum CE requirement as per licensing board -Two years of clinical experience is preferred -Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic dental record software are required -Must have an interest in working with all ages and multicultural population of diverse socioeconomic background -Fantastic benefit package (including sign on bonus, Medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, malpractice insurance, CE allowance, retirement contribution, life insurance, etc.) is provided
