The Zoom Microsoft Outlook plugin is designed to make scheduling a meeting in Microsoft Outlook quick and convenient. The plugin allows you to schedule and start instant Zoom meetings, as well as make existing meeting events Zoom meetings.
Steps to install the Plugin
- Navigate to the Zoom Download Center webpage: https://zoom.us/download
- Download the installer for the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook installer.
- Run and complete the installation. You may need to restart Outlook for the plugin to appear.
- Once the plugin is installed, a Zoom section will appear in your Outlook toolbar. You can proceed to start or schedule meetings from these buttons.
