How to Open a Resource Calendar in Office 2016

  1. Open Outlook and click on the Calendar icon on the bottom of your navigation pane.

  2. At the top, click on “Open Calendar.” Then click on “From Address Book…”
  3. Search from the calendar name (usually starts with SOD.’CalendarName’) and then you can add it.
  4. The calendar should now appear on your calendar lists.
