Dental Maintenance

For emergencies call 911

For gas smells on the Seattle campus, call UW Facilities at 206-685-1411 (answered 24/7) to investigate building systems and equipment for leaks.

Service Tips

  • Always reply on the same Dentfix return email to maintain work request continuity.
  • For “Location and Concern”, summarize your need briefly in the Subject line; Dentfix ticket subject lines can be viewed by the entire maintenance staff in real-time via work cell phones, this can shorten response time.
  • Use the Dentfix ticketing system, if possible, instead of leaving office messages at the Maintenance Office 206-543-1419.  Phone replies are answered usually within 24 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends.
  • The dentfix@uw.edu is an electronic ticketing service for Dental Maintenance. The primary role is to support all the clinics and departments with an emphasis of prioritizing clinical equipment supporting patient care and simulation lab equipment supporting pre-clinical education.
