Friday, October 20, 2023 will be an all-day in person lecture at Mountaineers Club in Seattle. You are welcome to attend just the lecture and not the workshop on Saturday or Sunday, October 21-22, 2023July if you wish; however, if you wish to attend the workshop, you must attend the June webinar.
We will offer four possible 3-hour workshops on the weekend of October 21-22, 2023. Workshop attendees must attend the October 20 all-day in person lecture in order to participate in any of the in-person workshops on the weekend of October 21-22, 2023 (content will be the same at each workshop, attendees only need attend one workshop.)
Washington State does not require a certificate for laser training, rather appropriate training for the use of a piece of equipment (for example, a Cavatron). There are a handful of states that do require a hygienist to have laser certification (Nevada, Kentucky, etc.). This training will provide the experience to be prepared to begin using a laser in your hygiene practice, and will also fulfill the training requirement topics and number of hours of training for any state that does require a certification.
This training does not provide a certificate for this training as a Certificate program at a University denotes a 2-3 year training program and is not the correct description of this continuing education program.
