Morning Topic: Financial Accountability

This practice financial accountability training will give you the tools and processes needed to facilitate a monthly financial meeting showing that all three software systems reconcile (your practice management software, QuickBooks and the bank system). This system will ensure your patient accounts are correct and that all receivables are accounted for. It’s also our best tool to prevent or catch embezzlement. In addition, we will create a road map of overhead expenditures and projected income, which shows you the exact costs to operate your practice each month, and, of course, your projected cash flow.

Course Objectives:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:

  • Establish and regularly use a front desk financial accountability checklist
  • Reconcile your dental software to QuickBooks and the bank more easily
  • Create a checklist of items needed to facilitate monthly financial meeting, including a manager’s monthly accountability worksheet
  • Review your P & L (Profit and Loss) more easily and accurately
  • Embezzlement-proof your practice

Afternoon Topic: Learn How to Build Your Practice Referrals through Internal Marketing

Course Description: Enhancing the patient experience is the secret to a successful growing practice and it can only be done through a focused and intentional Internal Marketing Strategy. In this course, we will lay the foundation and discover the 4 pillars necessary to create a powerful internal marketing strategy.

Course Objectives

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:

  • Implement steps to stop the revolving door of patient attrition. For good.
  • Articulate what you have to offer your patients that will persuade them to refer everyone they know to you.
  • Implement a Referral and Reactivation Program
