Temporary Dental Space Need – South Sound

Looking for a Small Dental Space in WA – Lease or Sublease: Hi everyone! I’m the co-founder of Aspire Dental Assistant Academy, a licensed training program preparing entry-level dental assistants across WA, PA, and NJ. We’re currently expanding into Pierce, Thurston, or South King County and are looking for the right space to host our Washington cohorts. We’re looking for a turnkey or mostly built-out dental suite to lease or sublease starting this fall. Here’s what we need: 800–1,500 sq ft; 3–5 operatories (plumbed or equipped); Reception area + 1 private office preferred; shared use or off-hours use possible (nights/weekends okay); and ideally located in or near: University Place, Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Federal Way. We’re flexible and happy to work with current practice owners, landlords, or anyone with extra space they’re not fully using. This would be for our hands-on lab and clinical skills training, not for general dentistry or patient care.
