Practice Purchase – Tumwater, WA

I am a dentist in the Olympia, Washington area that is building a brand new facility in an amazing high traffic location (501 Tyee Dr. SW, Tumwater, WA 98512). We are in the construction and design phase and we should have a building built by the summer time. It will be built for two offices with a shared waiting area. I will have my own 5 op general practice and there will be a second office fully plumbed for as many as 5 ops. I am looking for an endodontist or pediatric dentist that would like to lease the space. My practice currently does 1.1 million dollars a year and refers out most endo and pediatric patients. A conebeam and all plumbing for up to 5 ops will be ready to go. If less space is desired we can modify the space and design.
