DDS/DMD – El Paso, Texas

We are currently looking for dentists to help round out our team. We are a 6 office dental group with offices in Las Cruces, Deming, Alamogordo, NM and a new office opening in El Paso, TX.  We offer health, vision, and dental benefits with 401K options. We have also developed a mentoring program to help any dentist learn new areas of dentistry. The goal of the Encanto Group Practice Apprenticeship is to rapidly advance the skills of new dentists or for dentists that would like to acquire new skills in a safe environment. New Grads will be partnered with Mentors so that New Grads can perform procedures that they would not feel safe performing themselves. Plus there is an opportunity to have the the option of potential partnerships. 6 month, 18 month and 24 month EBIDA options. We are growing at a rate that is 10-15% over the national average and pride ourselves on being a locally owned and operated business. Our doctors can make up to $800 per day.  Moving expenses and signing bonuses are negotiable. Must be willing to work 200 days a year. Las Cruces and El Paso, as well as Deming and Alamogordo are great places to raise a family. Hiking waterfalls, Minor League Baseball and universities close by make it a great place to live.
