Valley View Health Center has provided comprehensive and compassionate health care to low-income and underserved residents of Southwest Washington since 2004. We are seeking a F/T Dentist to join our practice in Chehalis, WA and a Friday only Pediatric Dentist in Centralia, WA. Must have current Washington State Dental License and DEA. Salary: General Dentist $163,640-$178,640 DOE and Pediatric Dentist $128.53-$135.74 DOE. A generous benefits package including PTO accrual of 88 hours for first year, 8 Paid Holidays, 40 hours Continuing Education time and reimbursement, Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary supplemental Life, AD&D, Accident, Critical Illness, Long Term Disability), 401k with company matching up to 4%, malpractice coverage and license reimbursement.
