Robert Nieman , DDS

Clinical Instructor, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery



Dr. Robert Nieman currently serves as clinical instructor with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery’s Advanced General Dentistry Clinic. Since 1980, Dr. Nieman has continuously provided his professional services to a number of our dental school clinics: as lecturer and clinical instructor in Restorative Dentistry and the Advanced General Dentistry Clinic; as director of the former UWMC Dental Care Center; as clinical instructor in Oral Medicine/Advanced General Dentistry, in addition to serving as both present interim and past co-director of the General Practice Residency.

Upon receiving his dental degree from University of Washington, Dr. Nieman established his general dentistry private practice in both Federal Way and Auburn, in addition to securing his initial faculty appointment with the UW Restorative Dentistry/Advanced General Dentistry Clinic.
