Rumple elected ASDA vice president

Third-year student Tyler Rumple was elected vice president of the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) during the organization’s annual meetings in Atlanta March 6-9.

Rumple has served the national ASDA as District 10 trustee and member of the Council on Education and Licensure. At the UW chapter, he is a past vice president, treasurer and Class of 2014 representative.

In 2012, Rumple was a delegate at the American Dental Association annual session and an alternate delegate at the Washington State Dental Association House of Delegates. He has been a student representative on the Skagit County Oral Health Coalition since 2011 and will serve as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps after graduation.
